If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, you may receive a full refund. Please contact concierge@kwiat.com within 30 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. Items purchased online may be also returned to Kwiat’s Madison Avenue flagship store with an original receipt or gift receipt.

Kwiat will accept merchandise for return only in unused, unaltered, and salable condition. Returns must be made in the original packaging with the Kwiat shipping tag attached. Kwiat cannot accept returns of engraved items or items that show signs of wear. Special orders and custom sized pieces may be exchanged (see more here). Kwiat reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Upon completion of the proper return procedures and a determination that the items are in original salable condition, Kwiat will issue a refund. Once an item has been received for return by Kwiat, either at the Kwiat Madison Avenue flagship or via mail, the return may take 3-5 business days to process, after which time a refund will be issued.

The Kwiat Certificate of Authenticity

All Kwiat jewelry is accompanied by the Kwiat Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate documents the characteristics of each piece of jewelry and the purchase date. The Kwiat family signs each certificate, ensuring that the jewelry meets our high standards of excellence.

A Kwiat Certificate of Authenticity can be requested at any time by providing us with the serial number, style number, and a copy of your receipt. Each jewelry style is also stamped with the Kwiat Tiara maker’s mark, ensuring the authenticity of the piece.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Kwiat, we pride ourselves on the unparalleled quality of our jewelry and we are pleased to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty. In the rare event that you find an imperfection or defect, we invite you to send it back to Kwiat to be inspected by one of our master jewelers. If the defect is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we’ll replace or repair the item at no cost to you.

Excluded from this Warranty are coverage of wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse; theft; loss; and loss of gemstones or diamonds. Repair, sizing, or servicing performed by anyone other than Kwiat will void this warranty. If the jewelry was neglected or abused, this Warranty becomes void. Original receipt is required for Warranty service.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to or cover accidental loss, neglect, or theft of jewelry, diamonds, or gemstones. We recommend that you insure your jewelry for casualty or loss. Please note that your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy may not cover your fine jewelry; a separate insurance rider may be required.

Complimentary Appraisals

Kwiat is pleased to provide a free certified gemological appraisal for Kwiat jewelry. This document can be provided to your insurance company to verify the replacement value of your diamond or fine jewelry.

Complimentary Ring Sizing

Kwiat will perform free resizing for rings purchased from Kwiat within 30 days of the date of purchase. You may return the ring via mail (return shipping charges will be applied) or bring it to a Kwiat flagship store. Our ability to resize the ring depends on the ring style and the size increase or decrease needed. Certain styles are not able to be resized without compromising the ring’s design or quality. To be sure a ring is able to be resized, please email concierge@kwiat.com before you ship it to us. Once a ring has been resized, it can no longer be accepted for return. Each ring purchase is entitled to one free resizing. Further resizing, or resizing needed after the 30-day window of purchase, will incur a fee.

Complimentary Lifetime Servicing

You can help ensure the beauty and longevity of your Kwiat jewelry by treating it to professional maintenance. Kwiat offers complimentary servicing for the lifetime of your jewelry. This includes cleaning, tightening of prongs to secure diamonds or gemstones, and an inspection of the item. Additional servicing and repairs will incur a fee. You may mail your jewelry to us for servicing (return shipping charges will apply) or bring it to a Kwiat flagship store.

Diamond Upgrades

If you purchase a diamond solitaire ring from Kwiat, you may trade it back to Kwiat toward the purchase of a larger diamond ring and receive the full value paid for the center diamond.

If you purchase diamond stud earrings from Kwiat, you may trade them back to Kwiat toward the purchase of a larger pair or higher color/clarity pair of stud earrings and receive the full value paid for the original pair of diamond studs.
